Yes. The car you see in the listing is the exact car you'll drive, unless both you and the host agree to a change before the trip.

Yes. Every trip booked on Ridee includes a base protection plan that covers basic liability.
Hosts and renters may choose additional protection options for greater coverage in the event of damage, theft or accidents.
Do I Have to Download the App?
You can book a car via our website (ridee.ai), but the Ridee app makes it much easier to:
- Complete check-in and checkout
- Message your host
- Track trip details and earnings (if you're a host)
- Manage extensions or modifications in real-time
The app is available for both Android and iOS.
How Will I Access the Car?
Access methods vary by host. You'll either:
- Meet your host in person to receive the keys, or
- Have the car delivered to you, or
- Retrieve the keys from a secure lockbox or smart access system at any designated pickup point
Your host will share exact access instructions once your booking is confirmed.
What Does a Typical Ridee Trip Look Like?
- A Ridee trip begins with our in-app check-in process. You'll verify your identity, review the car's condition, take photos and start your trip.
- Keep the car fueled (or charged, if electric) and follow local driving regulations.
- Before your return, refuel or recharge as needed, take checkout photos and confirm return via the app.
You can also extend your trip or request changes easily through the app before your booking ends.
Can I Add Another Driver?
Yes. You can add another approved driver at no extra cost.
The additional driver must:
- Have a verified Ridee account
- Meet the minimum age and licensing requirements
- Be added to the booking at least 24 hours before the trip starts
Can I Book a Car for Someone Else?
No. The person who books the car must be the same person driving it.
If you want to share driving duties, simply add the other person as a verified driver under your booking.
